I'm Sarah and I'm the founder of Teatime English. I was born in York, England and have spent most of my adult life living in London. I'm a fully qualified British school teacher and I have been working in children's education for over 20 years. I’m a mum to a five year old too!

I have a passion for children’s education and I love helping both parents and children improve their English skills. I’ll inspire you with creative ways to encourage your children to practise English daily. I’ll teach you useful everyday English that isn’t taught in textbooks. The main places to find my free content are my weekly email, my Instagram account and my blog.

In 2018 I became a mummy to my son and he is the best thing that ever happened to me. I’ve been on cloud nine ever since!

He is the funniest, sweetest little boy and brings me so much joy.
